Protecting people’s rights

Imagine a community living in a remote tropical forest: people have jobs, receive training, enjoy fair wages, health insurance, pension schemes and medical care. And their children can enrol on language courses and computer training.

Our wood makes it happen for our 1'000 employees and their families, about 18'000 local and indigenous inhabitants in the Republic of Congo. Wood should be preferred in building and construction projects, as it makes cities greener and healthier places to live in.
