16.08.2024. After having held ownership of Interholco for more than 60 years, Danzer has now sold its last part of its shareholding to existing co-shareholder FORSET GROUP AG.
FORSET GROUP has over the last three years invested into INTERHOLCO to solidify INTERHOLCO’s leading position as a sustainable forestry, industry and trading company as well as to support its further business development. Since 2021, the Forset Group has specifically invested significant amounts in INTERHOLCO’s production capabilities.
“Based on our experience with FORSET GROUP, we are confident that we have found the right partners for a continuous development of our business. They will ensure the continuation of our strategy to sustainably manage and preserve tropical forests for the benefit of the climate, biodiversity, and the local population,” commented Ulrich Grauert, CEO of INTERHOLCO, who at the same time takes the opportunity to thank all employees for their contribution to Interholco’s success.
